FAQ

On Connect Himal, returning an item is easy. Follow the instructions below while using website.
  • Go to My dashboard and then click on My orders
  • Choose the order you want to Return and click view details.
  • Now click on Return Product.
  • You can see the order details of the selected Order. Fill the required fields including Reason for order return and  Message.
  • Put image under Photos if you want to upload. Finally Submit the Return Request.
 Returning a product From App
  1. Go to Account Menu and then click on Order History.
  2. Choose the order you want to Return.
  3. You can see the order details of the selected Order. Do choose the reason for order return and write message (if any)
  4. Put image under Pick Image if you want to upload. Finally Save the Return Request.

 

At Connect himal, we provide you with various payment methods to choose from for your convenience. Here are the payment methods available on our platform 

  • Cash on Delivery

  • Esewa

  • Card payment

   

Firstly open the App of Connecthimal in your mobile.

Click on create Account and fill all the required details like name, email, phone number and password. Please note that the e-mail must be a valid email ID and this will be your login ID.

Then click on Sign Up.

After the account is created it will automatically login.

 

 

Firstly open the website in the browser for eg. google chrome.

Click on Sign In  at the top  of website. Then click on Register as a Vendor.

After that we have to all the details of owner and the business. Then proceed as commanded.

We have two types of vendor i.e. who with PAN card and bank account number and other type with No PAN card and account number

In the home page you can see many categories of products. Click on any product which you prefer

You can either add a product to card or directly click on Buy now.

Click on the card icon and you can checkout from there.

After that you have to enter the shipping address details, billing address details and payment method.

Finally, click on Place Order to complete your order placement.

 

 

Firstly login into the website as a customer and then click on the Jobs on the Home Page.

You can see various jobs under various field. Choose your preferred job.

Then click on Apply Now. You have to fill your personal details and attach a CV too.

When you complete filling the details click on Apply Now button. 

In this way you can apply to any jobs.

Go to My AccountSettings → Find the Theme Option, and slide the button to switch to Light Theme as per your preference.

Navigate to My AccountSettingsLanguage, and select your preferred language from the list.


Go to My AccountSettingsCurrency, and choose the currency you want to use.


Click on Your account-> setting-Forgot Password on the login page, enter your registered email address, and follow the instructions to set a new password.
